Scope of Service
Exquisite Exteriors provides exterior cleaning services including soft washing, driveway and walkway cleaning, pool cage and lanai rinsing, and roofline/gutter treatments. We do not provide repair, construction, or restoration services.
All services are completed using safe, non-destructive methods suitable for exterior surfaces. Pre-existing damage, poor maintenance, or structural issues may impact results.
Payment Terms
Payment is due in full at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Invoices not paid within 7 days may incur a $25 late fee and delay future bookings.
Booking & Cancelation
Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled without charge if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
Service Satisfaction
We offer a spotless guarantee. If you're not satisfied, we’ll re-clean the affected area free of charge. If you're still unhappy, we offer a full refund within 30 days of the original service..
Limitation of Liability
While we take extreme care during service, Exquisite Exteriors is not responsible for damage to materials or surfaces that are already aged, damaged, improperly installed, or unfit for soft washing.
Clients are responsible for notifying us in advance of any delicate areas or known structural concerns.

These Terms of Use may be updated without notice. Clients are encouraged to review this page before booking or paying for services.
